This is the end

No more status updates.  No more summary posts that says we are X% of the way through the semester.  This is my final post.  My final summary blog.  My final tweet.  My final soundcloud post.  My final YouTube upload.  Five weeks has been completed.  And I put more creative thought into this weeks final exam post than any other blog all semester.

Ill start off with some info on this weeks daily creates.  This week contained three daily create posts.  More than any other.  They werent my favorite though, so I suppose quantity does not beat quality.

First we have the dailycreate from Thursday, June 21, 2018.  The instructions can be found HERE.   Nothing much to this one, except post a cactus pic you happen to find symmetrical and kinda artistic.  To me, this one is about as symmetrical as they come!

The daily create from Wednesday, June 20th, 2018 was better in my opinion.  The instructions can be found HERE if you would like to try it.  We were asked to find a quote that we like, cite it, and perhaps add a background image to it.  You can read the quote I chose below.  It helps to remind me that we should work to improve ourselves each day.  In order to create the image, I used THIS website.  Its fairly simple to create something similar.  Just paste in your text, paste in your citation, and hit go.  You’ll be given an option of backgrounds to choose from, and everything should be complete at that point!

My final daily create from Wednesday, June 19th 2018 was my favorite of the week.  The instructions can be found HERE.  It asked us to picture the animal we would like to be.  I believe my tweet speaks for itself in this case.

And FINALLY, I shall talk about my story blog I posted this week.  This was the most creative thing I have done all semester.  We were asked to create a story using all of the types of digital storytelling we learned this semester.  I spent days plotting this out.  I wrote everything out on paper, and tied the story together before creating all the tweets, insta posts, sound cloud posts, and YouTube posts.  Here is a pic of my master-plan being put into action.

I wont keep you in suspense any longer.  Here is my blog post containing the story.  I hope you enjoy reading, listening to, and watching it as much as I enjoyed creating it.

The Tale of the Lonesome Ghost

That about wraps up this final week.  I hope everyone has a wonderful rest of their summer.  Hope to see you in the fall.
